The civil justice system is complex and constantly changing. To make meaningful strides towards justice for all, we have to take measured and strategic steps - together.

Our work in this focus area allows us to do thoughtful user and system research. This in turn allows us to share our findings with the entire Louisiana civil justice network and encourage collaborative programs that meet the specific needs of our communities and our system as a whole.

By taking a network-level view, we strive to reduce duplication of efforts, identify intersectional opportunities to innovate, and do the work to truly understand our justice system and how it works.
